After lots of issues with other similar services I was able to book with SmartBox with just 24 hours notice, and they were able to work around my local parking restrictions. Absolutely stellar service, super responsive communication, friendly staff, managed to fit everything I had into the one unit which was quite large despite being one of the smaller options. There's not a single bad word I could say about them.

Smartbox is a wonderful idea which translated to a marvellous solution! We used the service to declutter our home prior to sale. It saved us so much time. The two Smartboxes were delivered as promised! The service provided a team of guys to move the heavy pieces into the Smartboxes. The team worked so well together and they were extremely careful with our items and also were mindful of not damaging the house. A wonderful result. My husband and I highly recommend Smartbox!

During covid there was a sudden need to move and boarder closures meant I couldn’t move home and needed storage. Efficient understanding and deeply caring. Words are not often associated with moving out and storage companies but switch the SMARTBOX team it is what I got. They were the opposite of salesy and gave what I needed even though it was cheaper than what I initially needed. Who does that ?! Generosity from our driver to the team made the experience with the convenient service a 10/10..

My belongings returned on time and exactly as I packed them, delivered in good humour and the box removed again efficiently. Too easy.

The admin people where fantastic, I had to change the date the box was delivered which was no problem. They kept me updated at all times. John who delivered the box was a Dwight such a friendly nice man. Informed me off when he was arriving, showed me what I needed to do. And as I was getting it picked up on same day, gave me time to pack everything. Other all great service.

Storage trailer arrived well before time and driver Rod unloaded my items for me and promptly took the trailer away. He was friendly and helpful and was unloaded in no time at all.
