The men arrived right on time. We discussed the plan at the start. Eg what was fragile. What needed to be accessible for me from the storage box eg the Christmas tree and decorations in December, etc. They then checked back on things as they went. They loaded the truck within the quoted estimate time. They were very friendly and courteous from beginning to end. I was really delighted with the whole experience.

Right from the outset we thought we'd made the right choice with Smartbox. Communication with head-office was excellent. We really had no clue about how much storage we would need or what we should do beforehand, but the Smartbox office person guided us through the whole process clearly and patiently. The two guys who did the packing for us were friendly and helpful too. They were experts at their job and took great care of our belongings. The whole process went quickly and smoothly, even with all the Covid-19 protocols. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Smartbox storage.

I hired a Smartbox last week and so far can only praise the service received. My sales person was Tanya, who I found to be very friendly, responsive, efficient and certainly trusting of me (I made a mistake with the bank account details and advance payment could not be collected). I as offered delivery of the box the day before by Operations, which was very convenient for me. Also great communication with the driver, John, re delivery and pick up. The box was clean and looked secure.

I've really enjoyed using Smartbox over the last five years or so. I thought I'd be moving sooner rather than later, however, that didn't exactly eventuate. But it has been convenient to call up and be able access my Smartbox when I've needed and wanted to. It's been great. It's been secure. I noticed my locks had been upgraded and I was assisted in getting them removed which was good. I appreciate my Smartbox being looked after. When I wanted to access my Smartbox earlier this month, I missed my time when I arrived in the afternoon with the van. However, the team at Smartbox let me know I could still access my Smartbox in the morning and still have it count as what it would have been the night before. seeing it should still be there and not packed away from the front. I made the relevant calls and got there the next morning, accessed my Smartbox and was able to pack and move my belongings with timely ease. The team were quite helpful in assisting me with this process. Thank you!
